| What (if anything) have they replaced?
Usually color issues are the transfer belt/developer/drum issues. Also the epu unit is known to cause issue if the gears are not carefully handled. the augers inside the dev units can break causing copy quality issues. As to the fiery it may need a system software reload. Also reseat all the connectors on it. |
