| Yes ,change the "90" settings it's one of the last things you should do.
I assume that you did everything with dev unit already (check and replace material if needed). I once had such a unit with new material and everything was simply ok but only change this setting make machine works. Dev unit in two different machines do the same: adding toner forever ...
