    Ricoh MP 5000 Firmware required

Hiya. Has anyone got the latest firmware update for a Ricoh MP 5000. I have had a few issues and been made aware that the last update resolved them. I can supply an email for them to be sent to. Mainly Engine and System but if you have the printer and scanner that would be great as sometimes I have found they all need updating to make each one happy.

Many thanks for your time and all is well in copier land

    Tim.

There are 2 different versions of firmware for this model, one for MP5000 with a b/w scanner (D009) and one for the color scanner model (D011).

A 2nd poster looking for a freebie. Give him this software and you won't see him again till he needs something else.

Not that I'm American...but I tend to lean in Paul's direction.
Either these people are working for accredited Ricoh dealers or they're car mechanics slumming lol....but most likely I.T trying to save bucks by updating firmware themselves.
