Me, Myself & I. Servicing about 200 field contract machines, inhouse printers, faxes, computers, POS equipment, binders, shredders, time clocks, laminators, generally anything and everything 'office equipment'.

Why? Cause management says 'We can't afford another tech', yet every week they're pushing out at least another 1 or 2 machines into the field heh.
No, I will not send you Manuals, Software or your own little repair Genie to fix all your problems for you.

Like the Three Musketeers say "All for One, and One for.......One."

Like djbass, if it will sit still long enough I'll work on it. I'm the whole crew.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
