Print off the event log. What jams are stored? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

    Re: taskalfa 3500i jam 0000

As you probably already know, J0000 is a non-specific jam, indicating paper present at power On. It does not indicate a specific location, just that paper was present somewhere at power On.

Usually, if a person were to print off the jam log they would see that preceding the J0000 there is a paper jam that occurred with a different code, a code that the person could look up then identify the original jam. That same person might notice that there was an error condition that occurred just before the J0000. But that person would not have that information if they fibbed about printing off the event log because they didn't know how.

J0000 is a consequence of power being turned off with jammed paper left in the machine, not a cause. From what you've said, the only thing we know for sure, is that your enduser powers off the machine each time the jam or error occurs. If you really want help, swallow your pride and go print the event log. =^..^=
