What exactly are you asking? Do you want to know how to access service mode or do you know how and need to change an NVM setting. What is it you want to change? What NVM value do you want?

Your original post makes as much sense as "I'm having trouble with my Ford Focus when i'm not driving it. Can anyone help me with the adjustment?"
i can access service mode and i know how to write values. i just dont know what i need to change to have the work without the "machine is in non customer mode" Customer got the machine from the purchase of another business. They tried resetting the admin password and in the process wiped the nvm values.
Whatever help you can give me will be greatly appreciated.
Go to WEB UI interface and read the faults code from there.
- Power down the machine, and disconnect the network cable.
- Power on the machine.
- If the Install Wizard appears, complete the Wizard.
- If this does not resolve the issue, power off the machine and reconnect the network cable.
- Power on the machine, and enter UI diagnostics (CSE mode).
- Go to NVM location 616-014 (system install phase) and change the value to "2".
- Exit diagnostics and reboot the machine.
- Follow the Install Wizard to correctly set the date and time, etc.
- If the machine hangs and won't complete the wizard, go to NVM location 616-014, and change the value to "4".
- Exit diagnostics and reboot the machine.
- Enter Tools, and set Date and Time, Language, Measurement (inch or metric), and Paper Size Preference (inch or metric).
Please check mashine counters status.
If you read zero status,you will need to replace
1-battery on flash modul of SBC
or
2-flash modul ( 960K73451 ) of SBC
or
3-even SBC
When I have this problem,and the counters status is zero,I always replace flash modul and do an ALTBOOT,and complete the UI Wizard.
Pls i have some problem with my xerox 7545, I can't print ,it showing READY TO SCAN,COPYING AND PRINTING NOT AVAILABLE .....THE DEVICE IS A NON CUSTOMER MODE.pls what can I do to solve this problem
This notification occured when the voltage of yellow battery on nvm flash below 2,75V. In this case the couters of machine are lost. This battery orderable from Xerox, and after replace many nvm settings needed.
