If the issue comes back, I'd try replacing the whole feed assembly. Had one of these that would jam only on a customer's specific original (which was not dog eared or anything) but ran everything else fine. Took their originals to one of our showroom 3003's and they ran fine. Swapped out the feed assembly and they've been good.
We have had 3 so far with this problem. Changed the sensor to the old one and it works fine. One unit was right out of the box. C3003's seem to have faulty DF sensors.
Also had one of these do this out of the box!
Took hours of testing to come to the point of that flimsy sensor next to the stamper unit.
Which sensor do you swop it our with?
