| Ricoh 3550 scan to email
Hi Guys
i have a MP3550 that wont scan to email. i know the email server is correct and i can ping it from the machine. there is no authenitcation required ( so thier Network team tell me)
when i try to scan it fails instantly and i have checked the system log on the web browser it gives SMTP error 101
Any sugestions
i cant find any scan error codes in the service manuals. |
