| You can change the SMTP server to one that you know is good (I.E. the one at the office, possibly another clients) and doesn't use authentication, to test and see if it is on the network end or on your end. I've had I.T. staff tell me they aren't using it and piggy back our email server at the office and it works fine. This tells you there is an issue somewhere in the setup and not in the physical connection. |
