Can anyone tell me why my paper would be wrapping over the print drum after it makes a master and then come up with the jam error J04?
This is on an EZ370.
I can take the paper off and the master is fine underneath.

Check the air blown from the seperator?
Check the gap between the print drum and the tip of seperator?
Heavy ink on lead edge?
Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.
Thanks for the suggestions.
I tried adjusting the separator but it is still doing the same thing.
Any other thoughts?
Did you check the air blown from the separator?
Did you check the air tube?
Did you check the action of air pump?
