| I haven't dealt with the newer JD cards but I would think a user could unplug the card and count to 10 to plug it back in.
If they won't respond electronically, a hard reboot would at least save you a trip to do the same thing.

Hey, I appreciate the response. Not allowed to ask users to touch hardware (they're not supposed to at all) - and it's not the card, it's the actual printer that needs restarting.
I haven't dealt with the newer JD cards either - all mine are 610/615/620
