    Copystar C codes

Does anyone know where on kdaconnect.com do I go to acquire a list of the C codes. Copystar doesn't seem to think they're important enough to put in the service manuals.

I may just be overlooking it, but as of yet, I can't find a list to keep on my service laptop for easy reference.

    Thanks in advanced

They're in the troubleshooting section of the manuals. Self diagnosis section.

If you're talking about the cf-xxx engineering codes, well yes, they aren't in the manual. But I know a guy who put together a comprehensive spreadsheet of those. Just Google "CF-xxx" and you'll find what you seek in no less than four languages. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Nope... I can't find the guy in question.....

I found some guy on Dnet-km requesting a compilation....

    CFxxx codes - Topic

Has it been that long..... how time gets away.

I should catch up with the guy from the above link at DNet-km an update myself to the latest CF-xxx codes.
We should correspond together and work on building a searchable input-output data file knowledge base.

I believe that you know how to reach this gentleman. It sounds like a good idea.

The spreadsheet that you referenced is getting a bit long in the tooth, hopefully not getting out of date. =^..^=

I've never seen that site. When you post something, you never know where it may end up. =^..^=

Internet browsing protection. Beware where you stick your finger. For forums and people who want you explore, a separate hard drive can be used when wanting to fully explore. There are all kind of options if one want to explore the web. boot partition, sencond drive, another computer for taking risk by downloading ect.

There is a simple route i take if i am not sure about downloading. i have two hard drive. when power on i go to the computer setup [ del] in this case and choose the drive to boot first and i can disable the second drive. and boot with that drive. it takes 30 sec to do that. so in case of malware ect i know my other hard drive which i use for personal day to day use is not exposed to the risky side of the net or so i would think. There are many options, and there are many computer gurus in this site that can offer options.

that site is not complete my any means in the codes listing. here is a code you get when you install fax pwb from another machine on the 420i C0650. it's not on that list.

    420ci Fax Dimm error

but ctc has a thread on it and though the solution is not exactly correct, its there anyway.
