| How is your port configured on the PC? I think the port should be set up as LPR with the queue name of direct or print. Also enable byte counting.
If that doesn't work...
If you use the controls and display on the front of the Fiery, you should be able to get to a PRINT PAGES portion to print the config sheet. Also in this menu is the SETUP menu. If you can print a config page, I'm going to assume the hardware is ok. Yu can print a color test page and job log through this menu too. If you are ok wiping it out, you can use the RESET DEFAULT (or something like that) in the set up menu. |
