| Does it have a menu through the control panel? You should be able to get to it through there, I assume? We didn't sell any of the 910's but we had quite a few 900's with the external X-J's and Z-X's. Is that the print-only version?
The Fiery interface is pretty much unchanged in the last 10 years, so when you find it the directions should be the same. If you can get a config page out and scan it in, we can look at it to see if a setting needs changed. The only thing I can think is if it wasn't using TCP/IP and it was disabled in the set up.
Did it come from an XP environment at the previous location? I hate to ask, but have you swapped out the crossover cable?
I've never seen the queue's named anything other than print, direct and hold. I won't swear it won't work with what you stated, but the print and direct have always worked for me. |
