    I seem to recall a new transfer belt that had one of the charge rollers fall out before it even came out of the box. I don't remember the symptom though. =^..^=

    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

    hello
    we have an mxc402sc doing the same thing
    depleted all deveolper thanksgiving in cyan development unit only
    no codes
    now they call back stating light cyan again
    unit is not depleted
    swapped drums, still no cyan image
    did you get this resolved?

    Typically it will not calibrate and lead to errors "Sub Cyan xx front/rear".

    No, not yet I'm going back to check the ITB I don't see that there is any other thing wrong , I'm hoping that is the problem.

    no errors for developer failure or itb

    just to be clear when you say you change out the "drum" you are replacing the whole pcu right? because it comes as a whole on that model. 'mx-c40nrs'. Interested in this fix, let us know what you come up with.
