Went to a call years ago for a jamming issue called in. When I got to the machine I saw a very obvious foot print on the front cover, so I immediately asked them who fixed the copier? ha

Try blocking the exit on a BH250 finisher. You will be in awe of this state of the art paper compactor. It seems unnatural as the engine keeps on pumping click after click.
Well removing that class of jam...
Whatever

Had a customer call on an MXM363N once complaining the ADF was Jamming. So of course I show up, and then proceed to run 10,20, and 30 pages through the ADF with out fail. I asked the customer can she show me what she is doing?
Now I have never seen someone be able to throw a package of papers into a doc feeder tray with such precision. Then hit the start button faster then the machine could register it had anything in the tray. The machine would copy off the glass (because that was default I guess), and a blank page would eject into the exit cavity. She preformed this next level speed skill over and over till I caught on as to what was happening.
Telling her to slow down didn't go over well. She looked at me demanding I speed the machine up to match her...........
A few years ago I got a call on a Minolta DI350 that was jamming every page. Not printing anything and making a horrible noise. I drove the 45 minutes to the "dance studio" and was shown the copier. I proceeded to troubleshoot until I found 6 reams of unwrapped paper "stored" in the large capacity tray. I then told the nice lady that the paper unwrapping option had not been purchased for the machine and was no longer available so she'd have to do it manually!
Nice.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
