Your sample looks like a fuser issue, i'd rule out itb cleaning as the rest on the txt image is good

Don't drive yourself crazy with this, just go ahead and replace the ITB cleaning unit and all will be well.
I agree, take a spare ITB & cleaning unit from a spare machine if you can

when you take the itb out flip it over and have a good look along the edge. we have had alot of them tear along the rear edge, then when it goes by it creates a bump mark. just food for thought.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
