Blank masters

Hello,

I have a Riso RZ990U and I have troubles printing masters made in Photoshop.
(My Riso duplicator is plugged in USB to my MAC).

The odd thing is that sometimes, when I press "print" my masters are done smoothly but sometimes, randomly, masters that I create are just blank. I mean, I can hear and see the master being done, but then, the paper on the drum is fully covered by the color and without any illustration.

When I flatten my images: Same random master making problem.
When I print out of "Apercu": Same
When I print a JPEG, a TIFF or a PSD: Same

Any idea of what it could be?

If you do not have two masters on the drum at the same time:
It may be something like a software page-separation character is being used between already formatted pages. If your images are being reduced down those images maybe floating across two pages by just a tad. You can manually adjust page layout margins or check that special characters are not forcing two pages, one will be blank.

Now that you say that, I have a warning message telling me that my images are too large and will be resized automatically before being printed. Maybe it creates that software page-separation character at this moment...

I'm going to try to make the Photoshop file at the proper size and see what happens.
