    C5502 scanning screen default

Hi, All. I am trying to set the scanning screen so that the FOLDER tab is automatically selected instead of the email tab. I tried to use the ol "program as defaults" way, but it does not work. Is there a way to do this?

Hi Mike, to fix this you will need to go to the usertool/couter button. Then click on scanner features. under the general settings tab, click on the "destination list display priority 2 button. It will say Email Address next to it, change this to folder and it is all done. Hope this helps? Cheers Jono.
