| Check to see where the toner drop is coming from. DV or Drum cleaning problem? Check waste bag and related augers,drives,gears. It sounds like a cleaning problem if it's happening a while after you just cleaned it out.
Side note: Had a customer complain about random dots on prints. Turned out to be crappy recycled paper. It already had the dots on it. |
