    Superlube is your friend. ABNORMALLY high load fuser drives need slick synthetic grease in them cogs.
    Idling colour developers are not healthy developers.

    The Kyocera parts pricing for this model series was (almost) always higher than Toshiba pricing, I remember pricing out all the Feed, PM and TB1 items when the machine launched and with the exception of 1 or 2 items, Kyocera was significantly higher for everything.
