| Make sure the toners are driving properly. Make sure the auger inside the cartridge is not broken. Usually this will break only if someone forgets to pull the white tab out of the outlet end or maybe if it was really packed and not shaken at all. I haven't seen many problems with these toner supply other than with the broken augers inside the cartridges. I have seen a customer somehow pull the process unit out a good quarter-inch thus closing the spring loaded cover of the toner hopper for that color and causing it to get impacted. This was only related to that color however and would be easily visible.
Make sure all the motors are running in 03 and that you can see toner coming out of each cartridge and through each hopper. |
