 e-STUDIO810 GL-1020 Scan Templates
I have three e-STUDIO810 with the GL-1020 controllers. They all do the same thing. When I try to setup a scan template the list of templates goes blank. If I click on the "Template Name" column heading to sort by that column some of them will show up but, if i check the box and select edit or delete it says "No template selected." The template shows up on the control panel on the machine but its grayed out. All three do the same thing. My im6530 with a ipc1-im8130 contoller works great and last time I ran into this i just swaped the GL-1020 with a ipc1-im8130. |
