As someone said before, check the foam rollers after the fuser, I have had them get flat spots which caused jams/dog ears

Issue is resolved
Issue is resolved. It was the inverter assembly. We swapped it out. Believe the motor has an issue.

had this on 2 models,our problem was the duplex locating lever on the front of the duplex unit,loosen and push duplex in so there is no play,on our copiers,the duplex bounced out by about a centimeter

Check TSB129. There have been at least 6 modifications/part updates of the exit/inverter unit. Some major changes to roller widths, guides and mylars.
