My first post here
I am having an issue with one of our Toshiba Multifunction printers, I have spoken with toshiba many times but keep getting either a blank look or a blank shoulder.
The Machine in question is a : TOSHIBA e-STUDIO281c
My issue is the SMTP Client settings are being lost sporadicaly, Basicaly when ever they feel like it and obviously this is causing issues.
It can happen twice a day or once a week and is very frustating having to re enter this data. No other details are being lost except for the one field.
I have tried multiple drivers / frimware updates. We have also had the network card replaced but still no luck..
Anyone know whats going on ?
