What is the machine counter?
Only happen on print from pc or copy as well?
Happen on drawer only or bypass as well?
Only alignment run, no paper jam?
What paper size is displayed for the feed tray used? Does it match the paper? =^..^=

2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
