There is some controversy that Sophia has more rights in Saudi Arabia than Saudi women.

1) See does not have to wear a headscarf in public
2) Most foreigners workers can spend their entire lives in the country and not be granted citizenship. Sophia was created in Hong Kong and was granted quick full citizenship.

Saudi Arabia is trying to reform many of the country's old laws. Women are now allowed to drive.
