Hi, we are looking for MFPB Reset Tool for Bizhub C287 and Bizhub 367. Copiers do not perform scanning and faxing operations sometimes (Full memory , E301 etc.....) .We performed firmware update, but it did not help. We will be grateful for any help.

You can get the MFPB reset tool from the same place you get your firmware.

i was looking on infohub in archive and knova, and didnt find any reset tool for bizhub c227 and 227. I know that there was a reset tool earlier, but they deleted it. can anyone share your version of reset tool? i'm authorized on infohub, but like i said, can't find it anywhere.

the last reset tool i found was for bizhub 423 series and bizhub c360 series. I've got reset tool for bizhub c364e series too but couldn't find it on infohub either.

there is no more reset tool IIRC, just buy another eeprom chip.
in the past it was a special program to get one, you needed a SSD ticket but now its easy as buying a roller.
