If someone can tell us what exactly needs to be lubricated to elliminate all the regular noises on these models - without replacing parts - we are willing to pay you the amount you want.
You can send me a private message.
Thanks in advance.

Grease the sep pads in the paper trays (all the points that slide down into the groove. Replace the springs on lube bars in PCUs (they have "updated" springs now), or you can stretch the original springs a smidge. As for the fuser grumble, nothing to lubricate there, just have to replace that.
The updated springs (AA063690 - shorter and not as flimsy) will get rid of the high-pitched squeal for a while. Have put them in many units, especially after the tech bulletin was released, but in a pinch, I've just "stretched" the original springs, so that hopefully it will give a little more down force on the lube bar. Takes about a minute per unit to change out those springs and they're cheap!
the problem encountered in the field and the dust of paper that settles in those points. replace the pad and solve the vibrations
I will clean the pcu's and remove the lubricant bar and test without them to see if it is better.
If it is (better), then you are wright and i owe you one.
Might take awhile because there is a lot to do here.
