    C 560 drum life

    Hi,

Whats the NVM on C 560 to extend drum life.
On dc 25x series it was 751-448.

    Thanks

From what I have read it was a temp fix at the time for the Docucolor line, including the 700. They modified the CRUM chip to reflect the longer life of the drum. By the time the 550/560 line came out, the fix was already in place.

    Hope this helps

We have many units that work with 0% on drum, but this one stopped when it reached 0%

Check if NVM 751-586 is set to :2 (0 Stop, 2 =cont) or replace the drum chip.
