Is image skewed or is it just magnification out, check your image adjustments page 412 of manual, remember 0.3% is 2.5mm over the width of A0 paper. Your copy could be in specification. Never expect perfection from a copier.

ok is it a blur or offset?

are they printing on velum ? ( looks like to me )

you are taking a print... scanning it and you have blur/offset or is it STAIR STEPS? what resolution are you scanning from/to?

if you print the internal prints what do they look like?

what if you print from your lapper ...scan it back? same issue? (ruling out their pc/network BTW did you ever give specs on that?)

ok SORRY just saw this.. is paper direction top to bottom of the pics?

with CLEAR media you might have to reduce scan lamp intensity ( or declare that type to scan ) or have them back up the original with a sheet of bond or opaque )

yes sir its direction top to bottom ...So that the picture is clear to you .. Simply when the customer makes a copy and then compares the original copy and copy there is a and sekw difference between the two maps by 1 mm

There are to many variable on wide format printers. You will never get a copy to match perfectly to an original. Fuser speed, fusing temp, paper feed and all scanning adjustments will never allow this. If you make 2 copies of the same map and overlay them they should be fairly close. If you copy from an original and overlay them they almost always will never line up.
