does anyone know if there is a pdf/a in the scans of the bizhub 4020? A colleague of mine said yes, he said that there is in the settings but he does not remember where.


Does anyone know where I can find it?

Did you look in Pagescope to see if there is a setting for it??? Did you look at Konica-Minolta spec sheet for that model to see if that format is listed???

No PDF/a support, and (unlike the office machines) no I-option to add it. Emujo

Yes sure! Unfortunately nowhere is shown pdf/a but my colleague supposed the opposite. Perhaps he got confused with the bizhub 4422.

The reality this option is present. You must go to Network Scans> Select the path> File Type: PDF. Now you have to press PDF again and the "enable pdf / a" flag will come out.
