The Auto Colour Selection was set to Auto or Colour, results is still the same, black and white.

The Cyan toner is merely finished, can this be the cause ?
The Cyan, Magenta and Black Drums are new.

You are right, the machines throw an error code E074 and alarm codes 300025, 300026, 300027 and 300028.
This is because the solenoid SL01 behind the fixing motor was sticky and causes the ITB not contacting the drums causing blank prints and copies.
The black and white prints was because the magenta toner has run out.

Actually this was posted about a while ago, caused a bit of confusion as at first one couldn't see the connection between a fixing solenoid and color printing. Can't remember who the tipster was, but it got explained further down the post as others asked for clarification.
