In my canon ir3025, paper from first tray getting bend. i have changed the pickup roller yet the issue happens. i have attached the folded paper photo.

look in paper path.. any blockage?
what paper being feed..what size defined in job?
guides too tight?
jam codes?
weight of paper?
fine grain .. course?
WHERE is it jamming?

There is no block in paper path
I tried all size of paper A4, A4R, Legal.
All papers are getting folded.
No jam codes coming. It is getting delivered without error but the paper is getting fold.
No jamming occur.
It delivered with paper folded.

Sticky registration sensor.
Sticky dumpers on the door. Remove all.

Sticky registration sensor.
Sticky dumpers on the door. Remove all.

I agree with this. I take the first paper feed assembly out to take sticky pad off. Pull on reg flag a little and if you push it and feel sticky then that is issue. Good call.

I find removing those sticky pads actually cause folding, replace them!

Not possible for me, haven't had that model kicking around for a few years. If memory serves, open the right door and there is a flapper that is controlled by a solenoid, and it rests on two small foam pads. the foam becomes gummy, and causes jams, so techs remove them and causes dog ears.

Perhaps someone else has a one of these around to take a photo of.
