Re: Bizhub c364e can't run stabilizer

If Grad/Dev AC Bias V selection is set to ON then Gradation will be disabled.

Setting is to enable machine to work with very dry thin air.
    Whatever

Like dliese mentioned earlier, you have to have either 8 1/2 x 11 paper loaded in the portrait direction, or 11x17 paper loaded in one of the trays (this is the paper size needed for the gradation patterns to run). If you don't, the start button will never turn blue and you will never be able to run stabilization.
The first time this happened to me, the customer had 8 1/2 x 11 loaded landscape direction and 8 1/2 x 14 paper in the trays and it wouldn't let me run stabilization. As soon as I switched the 8 1/2 x 11 tray to portrait the start button turned blue and I could run the adjustments.

Re: Bizhub c364e can't run stabilizer

    Hello,
We had this issue a lot in the C452 i would always first check the IDC sensors to do so go to service mode>state confirmation>level history 1, and check the reading for IDC1 and IDC2 if it was lease than 1V
    clean or replace said sensor
am not sure if it will help with your model but in my case it help a lot.
