no its Verizon and a new install/location about 2 months old.
Same router/wiring done by me to the machine etc.
    THE DNS settings are 8 8 8 8 and 8 8 4 4 and all tested ok.
I am curious if the scanner goes from 97% to 100% on scan to email is that 100% that scan to email was/is correctly configured?
I cant figure why my SMTP2GO settings dont jive and work..
If the machine log is completed it's GONE! Most likely SPAMED

If it goes to 100% then the copier has done its job therefore how much more should you troubleshoot? Try an alternative setup like Gmail

    hi
I am going back to accnt tommrw"40 min drive each way" so i want to be ready.
I for some reason could not get both SMTP2GO and GMAIL to function and kept getting authentication failed.
I will bring my laptop, created another gmail accnt with less secure app allowed and my new SMTP2GO log in name and password.
I am going to try these on my mpc401 that i have in shop 1st..
These customer just see a button to hit 4 scanning and dont care about all the stuff that could block emails and such..

Try starting from scratch and see how that goes.

Ricoh Printers - SMTP2GO - just in case you are not getting the correct settings, port 2525 always works for me, 25 didnt

Its always worth creating an account on SMTP2go or Gmail for troubleshooting, that way you know what the email/password is.

I believe C5403 supports TLS which is required by smtp.gmail.com. Proper port for TLS is 587. I don't know about your C401 in your office. It may only support SSL. There is also smtp-relay.gmail.com which supports both TLS and SSL. It also allows port 25.

I am assuming that what you gave as the admin email is not what you actually but just to show something without private email information.

If they don't have their own IT, talk to them about an IT contract.

Used to do that a lot. New policies in effect make this type of work billable over and above typical maintenence contract where I work.
