| Bro about the machine setting all i already do.... every paper size or paper type setting at driver nor at machine itself i have tried....i even tried on all the machine there is in my office workshop..aroun 6 of them i print the same document i save from customer pc...all machine facing same problem.... bro bnmand do you suspect excel is creating this problem...i dont have problem with words , pads , adobe's files .... only excel that support multi tab spreadsheets....i wonder why machine jump have to jump tray when it jump spreadsheet tab to print....can you help me test it out from your office bro bnmand?
