| Is the image orientated the proper way? If it is, you may need to adjust the doc stop setting. If the copy is cross orientated, you need to do tray adjust. Both of these are available in feeder s/mode. These settings can be reset to a default after r-con clear or flashing. also make sure the "size-sw" setting is applicable to your area. |
