Have no experience at all with MAC's. Customers threw out all his W7 workstations for a bunch of MAC's. Brand new, so likely the latest OS. Problem is that now it is not possible to call up in a browser the Web Interface of the C-253. The URL bar is showing "192.168.2.10/wcd" but not more. Page remains empty. Even in the "Virtual Windows Mode" (is that the right expression?) it doesn't work.

Any work arounds please?

Hans

Sounds like you just need to set safari into developer/combatability mode. Try going to (in Safari) Preferences - Advanced - tick the box for Show Develop menu in menu bar. Then you should have a new menu in the menu bar, click on it, then under user agent you can chose how safari works. ie like IE or Firefox.

I own macs and a c253 and have never been able to get the web interface to work without using a windows pc. It runs the last available firmware too.

I'll be able to verify any solutions, if found

Use Firefox browser. That usually solves pagescope issues with the C353 series
