Hello all,
I have an IR7105, and I'm working on trying to solve an issue that arose today - during print, the machine stopped with error E069-0000. I believe the issue to be a fouled transfer charging assembly. I cleaned it up, and sure enough, it seems to print ok (no more E069). However, I now have a blank line perpendicular to the feed direction (horizontal on a 8.5x11 in portrat), on my output copies. Any idea what this is? Did I just not clean or reinstall the transfer charging assembly correctly?
Any help is appreciated.
[Update]: Apparently I've NOT gotten rid of E069. Now I have the same issue. I'm going to look for the resistor mentioned here: http://www.copytechnet.com/forums/canon/84570-ir7105.html and try to test this (I see the image, but I'm not yet sure where to actually look for this), but it doesn't seem like that resistor should cause the image output issue? Thoughts?
