I have a C451 that won't initiate. Main power switch yields lights on scanner (and power to MFP, fan spins). Power button on LCD control panel causes machine to "beep" but nothing more. Removed fax card, finisher, and same result. Won't boot into troubleshooting mode via utility button hold. Replaced RAM with some generic PC3200 chips I had laying around, same result. Replaced MFP and NVRAM, same result. Unplugged HDD, same result. Any ideas where to go from here? Read elsewhere on the forum that this machine may be picky about RAM, and these symptoms scream RAM error. Should I pick up some OEM Buffalo chips?
