Hello ,

We have bizhub pro920 that misfeeds from all trays , aways stoping in vertical transport without giving error message(only says to remove the misfeed paper). We have another unit right next to it so we tried replacing the whole vertical convey section and the problem persists(the paper doesn't reach the registration sensors). The feeding rollers are too replaced still the same thing. The unit is on 2mil copies. Paper feed motor M4 and the gear on it look perfect.
Any advice is apreaciated :)

Today we will replace the paper motor and print the management list to see if there are jam codes that don't appear. The thing is that the machine work around 300-400 prints/copies without problem and then randomly starts to misfeed. Its not aways misfeeding but is annoying for the customer ...

Yesterday we replaced the paper motor and in few days we will know if that was the cause.

If you're interested, the jam codes on this page are J17-02 and J17-03. Why was that so hard? =^..^=

Those jams are for registration sensor and vertical conveyance. The whole section was replaced and that wasn't the cause of the misfeeds. Today is the first day without misfeeds it seems that the paper motor was the cause still not sure, gonna wait couple more days..
