Just got new Konica Minolta C224e copier. Prints from computer are perfect but when I try to copy something in color it prints page with thin even cyan or magenta lines. Lines are spaced evenly about 15 mm from each other accross the whole page. I tried to go trough setup procedure few times but no luck solving this problem. I can enter to Service mode and Admin mode also.On black copy no problem and the scannin is also works perfectly.
