Hi all. original problem was with paper jamming at 2nd transfer roller before entering fuser. Cleaned sensors, especially the one in front of tim. roller. Also replaced the 2nd transf roller and that solved the problem. I get a nice copy but now the paper gets crumpled up right after the fuser and does not exit. I get an error code 3201 (fuser driver motor error). Two questions if you would kindly help: 1. In your experience, is that error code accurate since I do get a perfectly good copy/printout? and 2. I believe it's more likely to be the switchback motor (M6) and using the service manual I need to make voltage checks. But what does "(REM)"and "(LOCK)" at the pinout check refer to? Positive and negative? Thanks in advance, edmeizter.
