I just wanted to share this quick tip.
Customer had two broken paper lift motors. Small claws holding white coupling in place had broken and spring and white coupling had dropped inside the printer.
Instead of disassembling whole printer from back side, I used one washer and a screw to hold those parts together. Much better than the original and it took only an hour to fix them.
