BIZHUB C650 FAX Issues R-29/R07 coming from a T1 line

Has anyone experience any issues with out new bizhubs connected to a phone bank where the source is a T1 line coming from the outside? I am getting constant R-29/R-07 with faxes missing images or missing pages. The fax board has been replaced and done all of the initializing on the unit. Anyone out there seen this?

T-1 is not recommended or supported but try the following

1. Enter the Service Mode.
2. Select Fax.
3. Touch Network and select Network 2.
4. Set Dial Toner Detection to OFF and DC-Loop Check to OFF.

Did you try to plug the phone line directly to the wall outlet?

I tried dial detection off and dc loop off but still same issue. ECM off also.
