Customer has Minolta DI-520. The Touch Panel LCD lights up but some times it’s not sensitive to the touch. One time it works with a slight touch the next time it may not work at all, however sometimes you can press the panel reset button after each function and it will work. Do I need to replace just the touch panel or will I have to replace the entire control panel? If so where can I get a used or refurbished one.
Thank You
Jack

There is a parts break down for the control panel, so you should be able t o get just the touch panel. You can also run the touch panel adjustment. Enter tech mode and then "stop" "zero" or "stop" "nine" will get you to it if I recall.

I had experinced the symptom as Jack. It is the touch screen issue.

I believe that it is difficult to find a new one, it is a old model for over 10 years. The used parts is not reliable so I think it's time to have your customer to change the machine.
