I have a C6500 jamming when duplexing after it runs 200 or so copies. paper always seems to stop in the fuser/turnover section and also a sheet will be in the registration section. I have tried the most common of KM fixes with replacing the fuser drive assy. The ADU has all new clutches I checked the different sensors on the exit side. It doesn't seem to matter if you run 20lb plain paper or 80lb gloss, still jams in same area. Jam code is J-3202 every time. was wondering if anyone else has seen this issue.

Thanks.

if you replaced the one way gears the replace the exit sw. also the sensor plug would come slightly unplugged. they had a bulletin ti loosen the harness if i remember

How many prints has it done?
If it's anything approaching a million then I would be looking at the actuators and the sprung loaded exit guide in the fuser.
Another favourite is the actuater in the path going down into the duplex. These wear badly and cause all sorts of random jams!
