My psychic powers seem to be slipping.

If you want help you need to give the necessary information. Saying "you need to do a reset" isnt narrowing anything down.
Whats the model of the machine?
What error are you getting?
Help us, help you.;)

Now whats the code your getting?
If the person you got your info from is correct and all your machine needs is a reset, there are 3 different ranks of machine reset Rank A,B and C. The rank depends on what reset you should do. To be honest though i don't see it being a simple case of doing a simple reset.

We have only started to do the Konicas from C280 onwards so missed these
Easiest way to check if the fuser is registering as an old unit is by pressing utility and then consumable life. If it is empty then follow the below instructions.
If they are like the C280s models it should just be a case of entering the service mode, select counter, select life, press new release then open the front door and highlight fuser then click the print key whilst the door is open. Once youve done that close the door and exit service mode.
That will reset the Fuser count.
Try using the search option on this forum
lots of info on this topic
but if your too lazy to search

based on your posts so far i recommend you get a qualified tech to do this for you
even google search comes up with answer

Once you get that message you cant fit used units you need to fit a new fuser unit as they have a quick blow fuse.
You can however cut off the fuse & replace it with a glass 80mA rated or lower, simply solder it in.

Before you do anything else, check your icp's on the printer control board.
In the past i have had a c253 that didnt want to reset the transfer belt and found a blown icp.

If the fuser units you replaced were brand new (never been put in another machine) then yes you have a failed PRCB board.
If however the units you replaced were used, then simply replace the fuse in the fuser as I mentioned above.
