View Full Version : USB Scanning issue on a Bizhub 223

Have a customer that uses the scan to usb but when they use it and finish scanning and remove the USB the machine still shows that there is a USB drive installed so the next person cant scan to there drive. I haven't been there yet just posting to see if anyone has encountered this or has any ideas? I'm thinking ill start with firmware but after that don't know. Thanks

Works again after they restart the machine also

Under user box system removable drive there may be a "remove drive" option. Or disconnect. Worth a look.
